The terms governing all Amaron battery supply, installation, warranty, and roadside services provided by Battery Zone UAE through amaronbatterydubai.ae. Effective Date: 1 January 2025 | Last Updated: 1 June 2025 | Jurisdiction: United Arab Emirates | Governing Law: UAE Federal Law

Acceptance of Terms

Accessing amaronbatterydubai.ae, submitting a booking request, or using any service provided by Battery Zone UAE constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Users who do not accept these terms must discontinue use of amaronbatterydubai.ae immediately.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Amaron battery services provided by Battery Zone UAE, including Amaron car battery replacement, Amaron AGM battery installation with BMS registration, free battery health checks, and 24/7 emergency roadside battery replacement across Dubai and the UAE.

Battery Zone UAE reserves the right to refuse service to any user who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in conduct that endangers Battery Zone UAE personnel, third parties, or property.

Services Provided by Battery Zone UAE

Battery Zone UAE provides various Amaron battery services across Dubai and the UAE, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions.

Amaron Car Battery Replacement

Battery Zone UAE replaces Amaron car batteries at the customer’s specified location within Dubai. Replacement is performed only after conductance testing confirms battery failure. Battery Zone UAE does not guarantee replacement at the stated response time in locations outside the 32 major Dubai zones listed on amaronbatterydubai.ae.

Amaron AGM Battery Installation with BMS Registration

Amaron AGM battery installation includes battery management system (BMS) registration for all compatible European vehicle brands, including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and Volkswagen. BMS registration is performed using OEM-grade diagnostic equipment. Battery Zone UAE is not liable for ECU errors, warranty avoidance, or mechanical failures arising from pre-existing electrical faults unrelated to the battery installation.

Free Amaron Battery Testing

Free battery health checks are performed using calibrated digital conductance testers and measure 3 parameters: cold cranking amps (CCA), reserve capacity (RC), and state of charge (SOC). Battery health check results are advisory. Battery Zone UAE recommends but does not compel replacement based on test results.

24/7 Emergency Roadside Amaron Battery Replacement

Emergency roadside service is available across all 32 major Dubai zones, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Response time targets stated on amaronbatterydubai.ae are averages based on normal traffic and operational conditions. Battery Zone UAE does not guarantee response times during severe weather events, public holidays, or major road closures.

Booking and Order Process

Battery Zone UAE processes Amaron battery bookings through 2 channels: the amaronbatterydubai.ae online booking form and the 24/7 telephone hotline. Both channels follow the same 4-step booking process.

Vehicle and Battery Specification Confirmation

Battery Zone UAE confirms the correct Amaron battery specification from the official Amaron fitment catalogue at the time of booking. Customers are required to provide accurate vehicle make, model, and year information. Battery Zone UAE is not liable for incorrect battery specifications resulting from inaccurate vehicle information provided by the customer.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation message from Battery Zone UAE via WhatsApp or telephone. Battery availability is subject to stock levels at the nearest mobile dispatch depot. Battery Zone UAE contacts the customer immediately if the required Amaron battery size is unavailable for same-day dispatch.

Location Requirements

Customers must provide a specific, accessible location for mobile technician dispatch. Battery Zone UAE technicians require safe, legal vehicle access to perform installations. Installation is not performed in locations where vehicle access poses a safety hazard or is restricted by law, including active highway lanes, restricted government zones, and private property requiring security clearance.

Pricing, Payment, and Fixed-Price Guarantee

Fixed-Price Guarantee

The price confirmed at the time of booking is the final invoiced amount for all Amaron battery services. Battery Zone UAE does not apply additional charges for roadside callout, weekend service, public holiday service, or emergency dispatch. Installation labour, BMS coding where applicable, and old battery disposal are included in all stated prices.

Payment Methods

Battery Zone UAE accepts payment by cash, credit card, debit card, and bank transfer at the time of service. Payment is due upon completion of the installation. Battery Zone UAE does not require advance payment deposits for standard bookings.

Price Changes

Prices stated on amaronbatterydubai.ae are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking remains valid for 24 hours from the time of booking confirmation. Bookings not fulfilled within 24 hours due to customer rescheduling are subject to the price applicable at the time of rescheduled service.

12-Month Warranty Terms

Every Amaron battery installed by Battery Zone UAE is covered by a 12-month replacement warranty, subject to the conditions stated in this section.

Warranty Coverage

The Battery Zone UAE 12-month warranty covers defects in Amaron battery materials and manufacturing under normal operating conditions. Defective batteries are replaced at zero cost at any Battery Zone UAE service point across the UAE within the 12-month warranty period.

Warranty Exclusions

The 12-month Battery Zone UAE warranty does not cover battery failure or damage resulting from 6 conditions:

  • Physical damage caused by accident, collision, fire, flooding, or external force
  • Battery discharge resulting from extended vehicle storage without trickle charging
  • Damage caused by incorrect aftermarket electrical modifications to the vehicle’s charging system
  • Battery failure caused by a defective alternator, voltage regulator, or parasitic drain not identified at the time of installation
  • Battery failure in vehicles where the customer declined BMS registration at the time of AGM installation
  • Batteries removed, modified, or installed by parties other than Battery Zone UAE-certified technicians during the warranty period.

Warranty Claim Process

Customers submit warranty claims by contacting Battery Zone UAE via WhatsApp or the 24/7 hotline with the warranty certificate number issued at the time of installation. A Battery Zone UAE technician is dispatched to test the battery and confirm the defect. Replacement is completed within 24 hours of a confirmed defect claim, at no charge to the customer.

Amaron Manufacturer Warranty: The Battery Zone UAE 12-month replacement warranty operates independently of the Amaron manufacturer warranty offered by Amara Raja. Customers submit separate warranty claims directly to Amara Raja for manufacturing defects beyond the Battery Zone UAE warranty period. The Amaron serial number on each battery enables verification through the Amaron global warranty portal.

Limitation of Liability

Maximum Liability

Battery Zone UAE’s total liability to any customer for any claim arising from Amaron battery services provided through amaronbatterydubai.ae is limited to the price paid by the customer for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

Exclusion of Consequential Loss

Battery Zone UAE is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from Amaron battery services, including lost income, vehicle rental costs, towing fees, or secondary mechanical damage, except where such liability cannot be excluded under UAE Federal Law.

Pre-Existing Vehicle Defects

Battery Zone UAE is not liable for vehicle faults, ECU errors, or mechanical failures caused by pre-existing electrical defects, wiring damage, or alternator failure that are unrelated to the Amaron battery installation performed by Battery Zone UAE technicians.

Important: Battery Zone UAE technicians perform a post-installation charging system check to verify the alternator’s output voltage. If a pre-existing alternator defect is identified during this check, the customer is informed before the technician departs. Battery Zone UAE is not liable for battery failure caused by a defective alternator identified after the technician has departed.

Vehicle Access and Customer Obligations

Customers accept 4 obligations when booking Amaron battery services with Battery Zone UAE.

  • Accurate vehicle information: Customers provide the correct vehicle make, model, and year to enable accurate matching of Amaron battery specifications from the Amaron fitment catalogue.
  • Safe and accessible location: Customers ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe, legally accessible location that allows Battery Zone UAE technicians to install without obstruction or safety risk.
  • Customer or authorised representative present: Customers or their authorised representative must be present at the vehicle location at the confirmed appointment time to authorise the installation and accept the warranty certificate.
  • Vehicle in a testable state: The vehicle must be in a condition that allows the technician to perform the pre-installation conductance test and, where applicable, connect OEM diagnostic equipment for BMS coding.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Customer Cancellation

Customers cancel or reschedule bookings at no charge by contacting Battery Zone UAE via WhatsApp or the 24/7 hotline. Cancellations received before the technician departs from the dispatch depot incur no cancellation fee.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations received after the technician has departed from the dispatch depot and is en route to the customer location are subject to a callout fee of AED 50. This fee covers technician dispatch costs and is communicated to the customer at the time of booking.

Battery Zone UAE Cancellation Rights

Battery Zone UAE reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in 3 circumstances: stock unavailability for the required Amaron battery size, severe weather conditions that pose a safety risk to mobile technicians, and confirmed force majeure events, including road closures, natural disasters, or government-declared emergencies.

Intellectual Property

All content published on amaronbatterydubai.ae, including text, technical specifications, service descriptions, pricing tables, and imagery, is the intellectual property of Battery Zone UAE or is used under license from Amara Raja and other authorised providers.

The Amaron name, Amaron logo, and all Amaron product designations are registered trademarks of Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Ltd. Battery Zone UAE uses these trademarks as an authorized Amaron distributor. Unauthorised reproduction, copying, or commercial use of any content from amaronbatterydubai.ae is prohibited without the prior written consent of Battery Zone UAE.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. All disputes arising from or relating to Amaron battery services provided by Battery Zone UAE through amaronbatterydubai.ae are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Battery Zone UAE encourages customers to raise service complaints directly via WhatsApp or the 24/7 hotline before initiating formal dispute proceedings. Battery Zone UAE resolves all verifiable service complaints within 5 business days of receipt.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

Battery Zone UAE updates these Terms and Conditions when changes occur in service offerings, pricing structure, warranty terms, or applicable UAE law. The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent update.

Continued use of amaronbatterydubai.ae or Battery Zone UAE services following publication of updated Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users who do not accept revised terms must discontinue use of amaronbatterydubai.ae.
